The 2024 AVCA Annual Meeting will be held at Grandview United Methodist Church, on Wednesday, August 15, 2024, at 4:00 P.M.

Directions for Servicing our yard lamps:
- Remove 2 screw caps on bottom shown by arrow
- Carefully lift top of lamp and lay on ground
- Clean or replace bulb(14W LED) when necessary
- Replace lamp and screw caps
Rich has ordered additional screw caps in case one needs replacement.
An organizational meeting of the AVCA Board of Directors will be held at Rich Lewis's home on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
There will be an Executive Board Meeting at Rich Lewis's home at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. The discussion will center around the Building and Grounds report, including the mud jacking project's additional cost for incurring two voids during the project to raise sidewalks. Treasurer’s report includes a reminder to all that starting 1 July, 2024, the monthly dues are increased to $270. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
